  1. Have you tried to just port it back to you (even if you have to create a new account with Vodafone). It would seem that there is no checking of “ownership”, so it should just work.

    1. When I tried to pay last months’ bill, I was unable to. This is because the affected mobile number showed as ‘cancelled’. This put my account into arrears and I understand from that, that a PAC would not be given.
